There is wisdom and well-being that is cultivated through the act of regular self-reflection.  The end of one year and the cusp of a new one is an especially potent time for self-reflection through journaling.

This week I have been spending time each morning with a cup of coffee, my journal, flickering candles and the quiet of the early morning darkness, taking time to reflect on this intense year. I love to take some time at the end of the year to journal and reflect on the past 12 months for learning, successes, memories and more.  I also value setting intentions for the new year before us.  I know lots of journal writers love to do this too.  2020 sure has given us lots to think and write about!

To help you with this reflective process, I have created a free gift for you that includes 21 Year End Journaling Prompts for looking back on 2020 and looking forward to 2021. You can click here to access your free gift.

May journaling help you harvest the goodness, learning and resilience within your life and being.

If you want to learn more about journaling, you can also find our How to Journal guide here.  In it you can find lots of ideas on how to journal, what to write about, creating the journaling habit, and more!

I wish you a positive end to this epic year and the very best of health, happiness and hope for the new year before us!
