The Back Story

I love combining Guided Meditation & Journaling.  It is something I have done for many years to gain clarity and make life decisions that are informed by my inner truth, dreams and desires.

I am so passionate about the power of guided meditation as a tool to relax and gain clarity, that I produced an  entire Creative Wellness Guided Meditations CD back in 2008.  This CD is no longer in production.

For years, I have been asked about the CD and I have told people it is not available.  Then I got the idea that I could turn the guided meditations on the CD into MP3 files and make them available through our IAJW Journaling Store.

Lynda Monk, MSW, RSW, CPCC, is the Director of the International Association for Journal Writing. She is a Registered Social Worker and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.  She has a speciality in therapeutic journaling for self-care, burnout prevention, personal growth, and resilience.
