Lynda is the Director of the IAJW.org and has been leading workshops, retreat, as well as training and coaching programs for over 25 years. She has a passion for and expertise in transformative journaling and has supported people from around the world to go to the page to know, grow and care for themselves.
Lynda is the author of Life Source Writing: A Reflective Journaling Practice for Self-Discovery, Self-Care, Wellness and Creativity, as well as co-author of Writing Alone Together: Journaling in a Circle of Women for Creativity, Compassion and Connection. She is the producer of the Creative Wellness Guided Meditations including six meditations for self-care, self-love, life balance, and clarity. She is the co-editor, along with Eric Maisel, of two forthcoming books including Transformational Journaling for Coaches, Therapists and Clients: A Complete Guide to the Benefits of Personal Writing (Routledge, 2021) and The Great Book of Journaling (Mango, 2022).
