Journaling the Labyrinth Virtual Retreat

Journaling the Labyrinth Virtual Retreat

Join this inspiring and fun 3 hour virtual retreat from the comfort of your own home.

This 3-hour virtual retreat takes you into the heart and art of weaving two powerful contemplative and creative practices.  You will learn how to combine journaling tools with the power of the labyrinth to dive deeply into unconscious dreams, find what it is that you really want and create a step-by-step plan to achieve it.

This retreat skillfully combines the power of journaling with the rich contemplative practice of walking the labyrinth. Although virtual, hand-held labyrinths have become a surprisingly popular and easy way to benefit and gain insight from the labyrinth experience.

Woven together throughout the day will be in-depth journaling, virtual labyrinth walks and visualization, each activity seamlessly connecting with one another.

This day will be both relaxing and invigorating and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home. You will leave the retreat refreshed, focused and excited about the year ahead.
