The Back Story
I love combining Guided Meditation & Journaling. It is something I have done for many years to gain clarity and make life decisions that are informed by my inner truth, dreams and desires.
I am so passionate about the power of guided meditation as a tool to relax and gain clarity, that I produced an entire Creative Wellness Guided Meditations CD back in 2008. This CD is no longer in production.
For years, I have been asked about the CD and I have told people it is not available. Then I got the idea that I could turn the guided meditations on the CD into MP3 files and make them available through our IAJW Journaling Store.

I listened to the meditation and loved the peaceful visualisation of floating on the stream in nature, with its accompanying audio. I didn’t know a ‘moving’ visualisation can be so calming.
