A warm welcome to the Transformational Writing for Wellness Salon!
This is a 6 week online program that offers inspiration, information and group gatherings (that are like mini workshops together) to help participants create a meaningful writing practice for self-care, healing, renewal, creative self-expression, and personal growth. Each weekly module offers a unique journaling and expressive writing exercise to support participants to dive deep into the art and heart of writing for wellness.
In this program, you will find 6 weekly lessons that include a variety of therapeutic writing activities.
The Salon also includes 4 live gatherings/classes held on Zoom. Here are the dates for these classes:
The Salon will start on Wednesday, September 17th, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm PST.
There are 4 group sessions during this Writing Salon will take place via Zoom on the following dates and times:
Start of Week 1 – Salon Kick-Off: Wednesday, September 17th, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm PST
Start of Week 3 – Salon Momentum: Wednesday, October 1st, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm PST
Start of Week 5 – Salon You Can Do It: Wednesday, October 15th, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm PST
End of Week 6 – Salon Completion & Celebration: Wednesday, October 29th, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm PST

What to expect…
I look forward to sharing this 6 week Salon journey with you. You will find your weekly modules here in the course beginning the first day of the program so simply log in then and the Salon journey will be begin. I will explain how it will work during our kick-off session on Zoom on January 14th, 2024!
