Welcome to the Journal A Month Club (JAM Club)!

Background Story to the JAM Club

Over the years, I have been very drawn to using journaling for very specific things in my life. For example, I love to use journaling to get clear on my goals and dreams, to stay in a positive mindset, to heal from challenging times, to grow as a person, and to live a healthy, happy, and grateful life (just to name a few).

My near daily journaling practice has helped me to do these things and I have learned, from going to the page, that there are lots of ways we can use our journals to help us live our best lives and to grow into expanded versions of ourselves.

Sometimes it feels magical, what happens in the pages of my journal. I also have the privilege of regularly witnessing the transformation that happens in other peoples’ lives through their journaling, given my role as a writing circle facilitator, journal coach and leader of the IAJW.org.

I got the idea of creating themed journals, that offer you some light guidance and prompts for using journals for specific areas of life. As I started to map out the topics for these journals, I thought to myself, “wouldn’t it be great to share these as a monthly journal, where people could get a new one each month for 12 months and really deepen and expand their journaling practices for personal growth, healing, and well-being?” And that is when, while writing in the pages of my own journal, the words “journal a month club” appeared.

Now, here we are!

I hope you will love the JAM Club and be inspired by your monthly journals and our workshops together too!
